Average stay. Use as a transit place if at all

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Pool was nice. Front desk accomodated our request fir a late check out and helped print out boarding passes which is required at Moroccan airports.

Buffet had stale and cold food. Only the omlette station was good at breakfast. Staff though polite looked constantly frazzled and disinterested.

Great location , Friendly staff .

It’s spacious rooms,, easy access to restaurants and nice balconies .

The general furniture in the rooms need to be replaced as they look very old and the same state since I first visited Mirage Fes hotel many years ago !

Magnifique!!!

I liked the service of the hotel staff ! The breakfast was also nice with sufficient & enough choice. I was in the hotel for the Fes Marathon. It was great that the hotel arranged for a full/complete breakfast starting at 05:30 for the Marathon participants that stayed in the hotel. Sufficient guarded parking facilities on site!!

The location is in the new town, opposite a resort. The staff at this hotel were very welcoming, the front desk Imane was a very good staff, she was very professional and quick to check us in. The hotel staff was very well behaved.

Excellent

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making for a relaxing experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. A special mention to Mohammed and Imane at the reception, who were so nice and helpful, always making sure everything was okay and that I had everything I needed, and Mohammed Amine, the bagagiste, who was exceptionally kind and attentive. He was always ready to assist with a smile, making my arrival and departure smooth and pleasant. Overall, the team’s excellent service and the comfort of the hotel made my stay a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

I was quite disappointed with the breakfast, could be definitely improved
